Thomas Mathew has over 35 years of extensive experience in the fields of Accounts, Corporate Finance, Internal Banking, Commercial Negotiations, Contract Negotiations, Free Zone rules and regulations, and other applicable business laws. During his tenure with the Euroblast Group, Thomas has gained vital exposure to and experience in both separate and consolidated financial statements under FRS. His areas of expertise include financial management, due diligence, financial reviews, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial structuring. Thomas has played a major role in developing and restructuring organizations within the GCC under the Euroblast Group. He has also been actively advising various divisions of the Euroblast Group on matters related to company laws and Free Zone regulations.
