Euroblast design, build, install and commission wheel blast machine for high productivity and efficiency.

The machines are designed with in feed and out feed roller conveyors for pipes, profiles and sections.

The abrasives are thrown at a high velocity through a blast wheel made of manganese steel to the substrate and the spent abrasives are recovered, recycled and the dust is separated and the cleaned abrasives are taken back to the storage hopper for continuous operations.

The machine is designed as per customer requirement based on the productivity to be achieved. A built-in dust extraction system ensures the dust emitted during the blasting process is collected separately for safe disposal. All types of recyclable abrasives such as steel shot, steel grit, chilled iron grit etc. are the generally recommended blasting media.
