The strong and versatile vacuum blasting machines are designed based on the principle of suction, recovery and recycling principle.

The tungsten carbide lined blast nozzles with an attachment of brush seals the surface during blasting and the spent grit is recovered recycled and dust is extracted to a dust chamber. Various types of brushes (round, angle, flat etc) are used depending on the area to be blasted.

As a general guideline, 4-6m2/hr on steel surface to SA2 + and 10-12 m2/hr on concrete surface can be blast cleaned.
