Blast cabinets are operated based on the suction and recovery principle.
It is used to blast clean sensitive materials such as turbine blades, engine spare parts, small work pieces etc. to obtain smooth surface finishing. Operations are carried out manually, semi- automatic or fully automatic with electric power and it can have built in dust collector or separate dust collector operated by compressed air. For blast cleaning heavy item, the blast cabinet can be equipped with a suitable turn-table.
