The machine is equipped with a centrifugal discharge bucket elevator, vibratory screen, air wash separator, dust collector and electrical control panel. The machine is manufactured with variable speed of air wash separator for adjusting the efficiency of the air-flow depending on the type of recyclable abrasive used (e.g., steel shot/grit, garnet)

Capacity of standard machine is 3m3/hr. (Garnet - 6 to 7 mt/hr, Steel shot or grit - 13 to 14 mt/hr).
